I've been coming here for over 30 years. It's a family-run business serving top quality fish-and-chips. Unlike a lot of chip shops nowadays, fish can be requested in breadcrumbs or light batter, as a cook-to-order.

I travel nearly 10 miles just to come to this chip shop! Chips - amazing, food - amazing, staff - fantastic, price - amazing! Worth every bit of petrol money to get this! More so than my local chip shop!!

I've been going here for years and the food has always been great value and great quality. To me Lakeside Fish Bar is the best place in Alsager to go to for a good sized meal that you're not going to pay the earth for 👌👌

Always pleasant visit. Staff very welcoming and friendly, whilst being professional. Food is always freshly cooked and piping hot, and always tastes amazing, which is always a bonus right?! Definitely recommend this place 👌

Stoped for dinner hear while working nearby staff were great food was even better ..pizza was a 9 out of ten and got free chips what more could you ask for and great price 😉 👍

I love this chippy, it's about as good as it gets and I've been going for as long as I can remember (if they were open in the 80's then for that long). Back when my grandparents were alive I use to go and get fish and chips for us all and then sit and talk to them around their kitchen table. Now we have moved up here I'm getting to do the same thing with my little family. Keep up the good work I love your fresh fish and chips and you have never once given bad service.

Went here for fish and chips, enjoyed it a lot. Good prices and generous portions. I had the small fish and finished it, but I think I'd need a flatbed truck for the large one. One member of staff has got some sweet tats, too. The "day of the dead" skull tat was my favourite A+
